摘要
中温型活性翠蓝在纤维素纤维染色中应用甚广。但它的分子结构特殊,使其染色性能欠佳,容易产生诸如色点、色渍、色花、色差、色牢度低和染深性差等质量问题。因此,必须针对其性能中存在的缺陷问题,采用相适应的特定工艺染色,以防止染疵发生,获得良好的染色一等品率。
The mid-energy Turquoise Blue dye is widely used in cellose fiber dyeing. However, its dyeing properties are not good enough due to the special molecular structure. Problems such as color spot, color patch, color difference, poor color fastness and lower dyeing depth easily occur. Aiming at the above problems, specific dyeing process must be adopted to pre- vent dyeing defects and achieve high first grade product rate.
