摘要
高可视针织荧光黄服装面料采用德司达公司生产的活性雷马素荧光黄FL染料染色后,再经过四羟甲基氯化磷阻燃整理,荧光度坐标值衰减较大;再经氙灯照射测试耐日晒色牢度后,荧光度会进一步衰减,欧标20个单位和美标40个单位照射后,坐标交点逃出菱形框,亮度值也会低于0.7,造成荧光度不符合标准,成品无法交货。本生产工艺通过提高半制品白度,采用冷堆染色控制堆置温度、时间,冷堆后控制耐水洗色牢度,使色布坐标值达到最高,甚至超出菱形框范围。阻燃过程通过控制阻燃剂用量、液氨流量、阻燃氧化温度,降低阻燃后的洗甲醛工艺强度,控制布面pH等措施使阻燃针织荧光黄荧光度坐标值晒后稳居菱形框内,符合欧标美标标准要求。
The high-visibility knitted fluorescent yellow garment fabric is dyed with the reactive Remazol fluores⁃cent yellow dye FL produced by Dystar,and then flame-retardant treated with TEHT,resulting in a significant decrease in fluorescence coordinate values.After testing the the color fastness to sunlight under the hernia lamp,the fluorescence value will further attenuates.After irradiation with 20 units of European standard and 40 units of American standard,the coordi⁃nate intersection point will escape from the diamond box,and the brightness value will also be lower than 0.7,resulting in the inability to deliver the finished product due to non-compliance with fluorescence standards.This production process takes measures such as improving the whiteness of semi-finished products,using cold pile dyeing to control the stacking temperature and time,and controlling the color fastness to washing after cold pile,to achieve the highest color cloth coordi⁃nate value,even exceeding the diamond range.The flame-retardant finishing process reduces the intensity of formaldehyde washing process after flame-retardancy by controlling the amount of flame-retardant,liquid ammonia flow rate,and flameretardant oxidation temperature.Control the pH of the fabric to reach the fluorescence coordinate value,and stabilize it within the diamond box after sun exposure,meeting the requirements of European and American standards.
