摘要
简要分析了影响涤棉或纯棉磨毛织物翠蓝类颜色色牢度的因素,包括前处理工艺、染料结构、碱剂、食盐和皂洗条件的变化,以及后整理中固色剂/粘合剂的添加;提出了解决办法并进行了大车生产,即染色后采用两格水洗槽添加不同皂洗剂的皂洗工艺,后整理工作液中固色剂和粘合剂混合使用,可将中深色翠蓝色牢度提高到4级以上。
This paper introduced the factors affecting color fastness in turquoise blue shade of polyester-cotton or pure cotton sanding fabric, including pretreatment process, dyestuff structure, alkali and salt, soaping condition, addition of fixing agent and adhesive in aftertreatment. The solutions and bulk production were presented, that is, soaping after dyeing in two washing tanks with different soaping agents, fixing agent mixed with adhesive in aftertreatment. Therefore, the color fastness in turquoise blue shade can be improved to more than 4 grades.
