摘要
栲胶或单宁是一种重要的林产资源,可以与 NaOH、KOH 反应,与磺甲基化反应制得一系列产品,用于钻井液中主要起到降粘作用,也可以通过与其他材料接枝改性制得具有降粘和降滤失双重作用的产物。经过磺甲基化改性的单宁酸可以用于淡水、盐水和海水钻井液中,具有较强的抗温抗盐能力,是用量较大的处理剂之一,尤其适用于深井井段,能有效地控制钻井液的流变性。
Tannin is one of important forestry resources. It could react with both NaOH and KOH, and a series of products were made by sulfomethylation. It plays a part of viscosity reduction in drilling fluid,its products by graft modification with other materials also have the double roles of viscosity reduction and fluid loss reduction. After sulfomethylation modification ,tannic acid can be used in fresh water, salt water and sea water drilling fluid, and has strong heat resistance and salt tolerance. It is used as one of the drilling fluid additives with great amount,particularly suitable for deep wells and effectively controls the rheological behavior of drilling fluid.
