摘要
以丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸及甲醛为原料合成了磺甲基化(丙烯酰胺/甲基丙烯酸)共聚物[简称SMP(AM/MAA)],测定了聚丙烯酰胺/甲基丙烯酸[简称P(AM/MAA)]的转化率与时间的关系.用红外光谱对SMP(AM/MAA)及P(AM/MAA)作了结构表征,测定了不同磺化度的SMP(AM/MAA)水溶液的粘度,研究了SMP(AM/MAA)的泥浆性能.试验表明:SMP(AM/MAA)具有较好的提粘降失水性能和抗钙侵性能.
A new water loss control agent, sulfomethylated poly (acrylamide co methacrylate acid), was prepared by the sulfomethylation of poly (acrylamide co methacrylate acid) using paraformaldehyde and sodium bisulfite in an aqueous solution. The influence of reaction time upon poly(acrylamide-co-acrylate acid) conversion was investigation. The structures of the poly (acrylamide co acrylate acid) and sulfomethylated copolymer were identified by IR spectra. The former viscosity in an aqueous solution was measured and the influence of drilling mud properties was also characterized at experimental condition. The experimental results showed that the sulfomethylated copolymer, used as drilling mud water loss control agent,can remarkably reduce the water loss property, and improve the viscosity and calciumions resisting properties.
