聚砜磺甲基化改性条件及其性能研究

摘要 以自制羟甲基磺酸钠(HOCH2SO3Na)为磺化剂,对聚砜(PSF)材料进行磺甲基化改性,通过改变反应温度、原料配比、反应时间的方法,得到最佳改性条件:温度为38℃、时间为20 h,HOCH2SO3Na/PSF物质的量比为1.4 1∶,HCCl3/PSF配比为17 mL/g,磺化度最高可达40%。将此改性聚砜通过浸入沉淀相转化法制备成膜,经测试证明,此改性聚砜膜表面与水的接触角从未改性前的64°降到41°,拉伸强度达到33 MPa以上,玻璃化转变温度也有所提高。 In this research, using self-made hydroxymethyl sulfonic acid sodium as sulfonating agent, sulfomethylation modification was adopted. By changing the reaction temperature, the ratio of raw materials, reaction time and method, the optimum modification conditions were T = 38 ℃, t = 20 h, HOCH2SO3 Na/ PSF was 1.4: 1, HCCl3/PSF was 17 mL/g, and the sulfonation degree was 40%. The polysulfone was modified by it and prepared into film by immersion precipitation phase inversion. Results showed the contact angle of membrane surface and the water changed from 64° to 41°. With the sulfonation degree increasing, glass transition temperature of SPSF was raised, and the tensile strength reached above 33 MPa.
