摘要
介绍了钻井液稀释剂单宁酸钾的制备方法,对该稀释剂在钻井液中的性能进行了评定,探讨了单宁酸钾的稀释和防塌机理。室内与现场试验结果表明,单宁酸钾是一种性能优良的防塌稀释剂。
The preparation technology of potassium tannate(KTN) from dried tannin extract and KOH is introduced. The performance of KTN in reducing mud viscosity and in inhibiting shale hydration and swelling is better than that of SMK,a commonly-used commercial sulfonated tannin product, as determined in laboratory tests. KTN has been used instead of SMK since 1989 in drilling more than 2500 wells in south districts of Daqing with success. The thinning and anti-caving mechanizms for KTN are discussed.
