摘要
在硫酸介质中,痕量铂对溴酸钾氧化溴甲酚紫(BCP)褪色反应有强烈的催化作用,且褪色程度与铂量成线性关系,据此建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量铂的新方法。选择了最佳测定条件,实验结果表明,催化反应对铂(和溴甲酚紫为一级反应,反应的表观活化能为217.4 kJ/mol,褪色反应的最大吸收波长为434 nm,方法测定Pt(的线性范围为0.16~4.0μg/L,检出限为2.5×10-11g/mL,大多数常见离子不干扰测定,10倍以上的Ru(,Rh(和Os(对测定有干扰,可在测定前分离除去。方法应用于矿石和药物顺铂中铂的测定,相对标准偏差为2.4%~2.9%,回收率为98.7%~103.4%。
Trace platinum had strong catalytic effect on the fading reaction of bromocresol purple (BCP) oxidized with potassium bromate and the fading extent showed linear relationship with the con- centration of platinum. On the basis of these facts,a novel catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric determination of trace platinum was establishod. The optimal measuring conditions were investigated. The results indicated that the catalytic reaction to Pt(Ⅳ) and hromocresol purple was the first-order reac- tion. The apparent activation energy was 217.4 kJ/mol and the maximum absorption wavelength of fading reaction was at 434 nm. The linear range of Pt(Ⅳ) was 0.16--4.0 μg/L and the detection limit was 2.5×10^-11 g/mL. Most of common ions had no interference with the determination, while ten multiples of Ru(Ⅲ), Rh(Ⅲ) and Os(Ⅵ) had interference with the determination of Pt(Ⅳ). Therefore, these ions should he removed before measurement. The method has been applied to the determination of platinum in ore and cisplatin with RSD of 2.4%-2.9% and the recovery of 98.7%--103.4%.
