摘要
高深度FCC工艺是主要的丙烯为目的产物的技术,目前已有十多种工艺,在我国已工业化的深度催化裂解(DCC)工艺是其中之一。通过对高深度FCC工艺进行经济分析,认识了DCC工艺的特点。同时介绍了其他丙烯为目的产物的技术,如丙烷脱氢、烯烃歧化、烯烃裂解、甲醇制丙烯和甲醇制烯烃等,对上述丙烯为目的产物的技术进行了综合技术经济分析,探讨了丙烯为目的产物技术的发展趋势。
The high-severity FCC with propylene as the main purpose product is an extension of the conventional FCC, including more than ten kinds of techniques at present, for example DCC. This paper generalizes the traits of DCC as one kind of high-severity FCC by the techno-economics analysis. On this basis, other on-purpose propylene technologies are introduced, namely propane dehydrogenation, olefin metathesis, olefin cracking, methanol-to-propylene and methanol-to-olefin. The development trend of the on-purpose propylene technology is discussed.
