摘要
研究了酒类中酒精含量的分析方法,重点介绍了密度瓶法、气相色谱法、酒精计法、化学氧化法、比色法、啤酒自动分析仪法和沸点下降法等分析方法的原理、方法特点。
In this article the analytical method to measure the content of alcohol in wine was studied. The principles and characteristics in the density flask method, gas chromatography, alcoholometer, Chemical oxidation, colorimetry, spectrophotometric, beer automatic analyzer and the boiling point decline were mainly introduced.
