摘要
利用对油籽细胞壁的机械破碎和酶降解的方法,建立起一种玉米胚油提取新工艺。利用对玉米胚的水热预处理,使胚中天然存在的酶失活并使其结构疏松,油路疏通。玉米胚接着进行捣碎和酶处理。酶反应后,离心分离被释放出来的油脂。水热预处理的最佳pH值、处理时间和处理温度及捣碎程度经过优化后被确定。水酶法所提油的品质是好的。
A new procedure for obtaining corn germ oil was developed using mechanical and enzymatic rupturing of cell walls.By applying hydrothermal pretreatment of corn grem, it was possible to inactive native enzymes present in the germ and to loosen its structure.The corn was then ground and treated with enzymes. After the oil had been released by the enzyme reaction, it was seperated by centrifugation. The best pH,temperature and time of hydrothermal treatment were confirmed.The quality of oil obtained by enzymatic extraction was good.
