摘要
采用HPLC方法分析了农垦58S不同光照处理下叶片中四种激素含量的变化。结果表明四种激素在农垦58S叶片中的变化与农垦58品种明显不同;在长日照处理下,IAA含量发生严重亏损,GAs含量明显高于短日照处理,ABA含量在减数分裂期急骤上升;在花粉完熟期,长日照处理的四种激素水平均处于极低水平。因此认为IAA亏损是四种激素变化的主导因子,其它激素变化是IAA亏损引起的代谢调整;花粉败育后的低激素水平不是原因而是结果。
In order to clarify whether endogenous hormones are involved in the regulatoryprocess of HPGMR we analysed four hormones, IAA, GAs, ABA and ZT, of LD andSD by HPLC. The main results are as follows: Four hormones fluctuation of Nongken58s is distinctly different from Nongken 58; Free-IAA under LD is remarkably lowerthan that of SD, which appeared serious deficiency at all developing stages. GAs levelunder LD is higher than that of SD. ABA level under LD is the same as SD beforemeiosis and increase sharpply at meiosis. At matured pollen stage, four hormones appe-ared at very low level; The results indicated that serious IAA deficiency at fertilitytransformation and expression stage is believed to be main cause leading to fertile trans-formation. And changes of three hormones at fertile transformation is believed to bethe regulation of metabolism caused by IAA deficiency. IAA deficiency destroys theequilibrium among the hormones. After pollen abortion, the low hormone level iseffect rather than cause of it.
