摘要
本研究系通过控制灌溉水温代替低气温效应,使低温敏核不育系提高自交结实率,在华中、华南地区解决种子繁殖问题。
Low critical temperature (LCT)TGMS rice due to stable sterility and long sterile period has a wide adaptability for hybrid seed production,on the other hand,because of the LCT,it is difficult to multiply such TGMS lines under natural conditions thus limitting their commercial extension. In this experiment,irri- gating techique with low temperture water to solve the multiplication problem was studied. The results indi- cated that the technique was very effecfive and the selfed seed setting was improved very much. Among the four treatments i. e. day and night irrigation of shallow water (6cm),day and night irrigation of deep water (just over the growth point),night irrigation day drainage of shallow water,night irrigation day drainage of deep water (all the treatments lasted for 10 days from phase Ⅳ to phase Ⅳ of panicle differentiation and the water temperature was at 19-21℃),the treatment of day and night irrigation of deep water had the best ef- fect and obtained a high seed yield of 1.91t/ha.
