摘要
采用光敏核不育水稻（ＨＰＧＭＲ）成熟胚为外植体，在不同植物激素浓度和配比下诱导愈伤组织，并观察再生植株的发生特点和过程，同时分析愈伤组织酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶谱的变化特征，初步表明诱导和分化频率较高的植物生长素与细胞激动素的配比．
Mature embryo explants of H ubei photoperiod-Sensetive Genie Male-sterilRice(89025)cultured on MS medium supplemented with 2,4-D,NAA,IAA,BA,KT,ZTof different concentration and produced calluses.The regenerated plantlets are formed after50 days.Peroxidase and esterase isozyme analyses indicated the relations between callusesand mediums which produced them.The optium media for calluses and regenerated plantletsare discussed.
