摘要
本文以四种阴离子配合剂与美西律形成的离子缔合物作活性材料,制成了PVC美西律电极。对影响电极性能的诸因素进行了研究,以最佳条件制备的电极线性区为1×10^(-1)mol/L~1.5×10^(-5)mol/L,平均斜率为57.6mV,检测下限为3.6×10^(-6)mol/L,在pH2.0~8.0范围内适用。电极响应快,重现性和稳定性好,抗干扰能力较强,适用于美西律样品的快速测定。
PVC membrane mexiletine selective electrodes made with mexiletine-tetraphenylborate, mexiletine-reineckate, mexiletine-picrolonate or mexiletine-dipicrylamine were studied.When using mexiletine-tetraphenylborate as active material and di-(2-ethylhexyl)-o-phthalate as solvent, the electrode shows Nernstian range from 1×10^(-1)mol/L to 1.5x10^(-5)mol/L in the pH range of 2.0—8.0 with a slope of 57.6mV/pC. The detection limit of is 3.6×10^(-6) mol/L. The electrode gives fast response, good reproducibility and stability.Direct potentiometry for samples shows an average recovery of 99.3% and a standard deviation of 1.2%.
