摘要
本文研制了钨/氧化钨丝pH微电极,电极在pH=2~12范围内对H^+的响应符合能斯特方程,斜率为55mV/pH(15℃)。该电极应用于人体托牙的基托处pH测定,结果令人满意。
A new wolfram oxide-coated wire microelectrode for the determination of pH value is described. The results showed a satisfactory response to hydrogen ion in the pH range of 2 to 12 with a Nernst slope of 55mV/pH. The microelectrode has been applied to the determination of pH value in the base of the human tooth with satisfactory results.
