摘要
采用加压毛细管电色谱法,以羟丙基-β-环糊精作为手性选择剂,对美西律对映体进行手性分离。在优化的试验条件下,16 g·L^(-1)羟丙基-β-环糊精为手性选择剂,pH 2.5的乙腈与10 mmol·L^(-1)磷酸盐缓冲溶液以体积比1比1混合溶液为流动相,运行电压10 kV,毛细管柱温20℃,美西律对映体在4 min内成功分离,分离度为1.51。
A method of pressurized capillary electrochromatography was proposed for the resolution of enantiomers of mexiletine using hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(16 g·L^-1 ) as selective chiral agent.A mixed solution of acetonitrile and 10 mmol·L^-1 phosphate buffer solution(1+1 by vol.) of pH 2.5 was used as mobile phase.The separation voltage of 10 kV and temperature of capillary column of 20℃were chosen.Under the optimized conditions,the enantiomer of mexiletine was successfully separated within 4 min with resolution factor of 1.51.
