摘要
目的:对胡桃楸根的化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法:采用硅胶柱层析,重结晶等技术分离纯化化合物;根据理化性质、光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:从胡桃楸根乙醇提取物的石油醚部分中分离得到7个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1)、齐墩果酸(2)、1,8-二羟基-3,7-二甲氧基口山酮(3)、1-羟基-3,7,8-三甲氧基口山酮(4)、α-乳香酸(5)、1,7-二羟基-3,8-二甲氧基口山酮(6)、1,5,8-三羟基-3-甲氧基口山酮(7)。结论:化合物2-7首次从胡桃属分离得到。
AIM: To investigate the chemical constituents from the roots of Juglans mandshurica Maxim.. METHEDS: The compounds were isolated by silica gel chromatography and recrystallization; their structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and physiochemical properties. RESULTS: Seven compounds were elucidated as β-sitosterol (1), oleanolic acid (2), 1, 8-dihydroxy-3, 7-dimethoxyxanthone (3), 1-hydroxy-3, 7, 8-trimethoxyxanthone (4), 3α-hydroxy-olean-12-en-24-oic acid (5), 1, 7-dihydroy-3, 8-dimethoxyxanthone (6), 1, 5, 8-trihydroxy-3-methoxyxanthone (7). CONCLUSION:Compounds 2-7 were isolated from genus Juglans L. for the first time.
