摘要
黄毛木皂甙５０～１５０ｍｇ·ｋｇ￣－１灌胃给药５～７ｄ对正常小鼠、肾上腺素性高血糖小鼠及四氧嘧啶性糖尿病小鼠可产生明显的降血糖作用。对葡萄糖性高血糖小鼠，其降血糖作用不明显。对四氧嘧啶性糖尿病大鼠的葡萄糖耐量无明显影响。
Hypoglycemic effect of total saponins of Aralia decaisneana Hance(AS) was stu1ied in mice and rats, The blood、 glucose level in normal mice was lowered by AS 100, 150mg· kg￣-1·d￣-1X7d, ig, The elevation of blood glucose level caused by adrenaline(0.2mg·kg￣-1,ip) was antagonized by AS(100,150 mg· kg￣-1·d￣-1X7d,is). In alloxan diabetic mice,theblood glucose level was decreased by AS 50,100 mg· kg￣-1·d“X5 d,ig after the treatment of alloxan, But the elevation of blood glucose level caused by glucose(10 g· kg￣-1,ip) was not affectednotably by AS. The glucose tolerance in alloxan diabetic rat was not improved by AS. These results indicate that AS possesses hypoglycemic effect in mice。
