摘要
目的:研究青龙衣中的醌类成分。方法:初步采用大孔树脂富集后结合多种色谱技术进行分离,依据主要理化性质特征和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从青龙衣中分离得到8个醌类化合物,分别鉴定为胡桃醌(1)、5,8-二羟基-1,4-萘醌(2)、1,3-二羟基-2-甲氧基蒽醌(3)、1-羟基-2-甲基-4-甲氧基蒽醌(4)、2,6-二甲氧基对苯醌(5)、1-甲基-3,8-二羟基-6-甲氧基蒽醌(6)、1,3二羟基蒽醌(7)、2-羟基-3-甲基蒽醌(8)。结论:化合物3~8为首次从胡桃属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the quinones of Juglans mandshurica Maxim .Methods:The chemical constituents were separated and purified by the preliminary enrichment of macroporous resin and a variety of chromatographic techniques . Their structures were determined by physicochemical properties and spectral data analysis.Results:Eight compounds were identified as juglone (1), 5,8-dihydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone (2), 1,3-dihydroxy-2-methylanthraqui -none (3), 1-hydroxy-2-methyl-4-methoxyanth-raquinone (4), 2, 6-dimethoxy-1, 4-benzoquinone (5), 1-methyl-3,8-dihydroxy-6-methoxyanthraquinone (6), xanthopurpurin (7), 2-hydroxy-3-methylanthraqui-none (8) .Conclusion:Compounds 3~8 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
