摘要
河北省是能源生产和消费大省,能源的稳定充足供应是国民经济可持续发展的基础。本文分别采用能源消费弹性系数法和单位GDP能耗法,对河北省中长期能源需求量进行了预测,"十一五"末年需能源总量为250Mt标准煤左右,能源需求年均增长率高于全国平均值。优化能源结构和产业结构,降低单位能耗,将是河北省能源发展战略的核心任务。
Hebei province is the main one of energy production and consumption, the plenteous supply of energy product is the foundation of regional economic sustainable development. The methods of energy consuming elastic coefficient and the energy consumption per GDP were used to predic＂t the medium and long-term energy demand in Hebei province. The prediction result showed that the sum demand of energy is about 250 Mtce at the end of ＂the eleventh five-year plan＂ and the average increasing rate per year of energy demand in Hebei province is higher than that of the whole countryrs average value. It points out that the key tasks of energy development strategy of Hebei province are optimizing the energy structure and industrial structure to reduce unit energy consumption.
