摘要
在系统分析的基础上提出煤炭资源产业循环经济发展策略:研发、推广环境友好技术和先进技术包括清洁开采技术、推广和利用水煤浆、先进火力发电技术等进行生产;改变狭义的资源观,用好“废物”资源,如矿井水、煤层气、粉煤灰等;发展煤炭资源深加工,提高产品附加值;行业耦合发展,如煤电联营,提高资源利用效率;大力发展节能技术,减少煤炭资源消耗。并为我国煤炭资源产业发展循环经济的产业政策提出了几点建议。
Based on synthetically analyzing, the development strategy of circular economy for China＇s coal industry is put forward as follows： ① to research, develop and spread advanced technologies, such as the clean mining technology, advanced technology for generating electricity using the high efficient desulphurization technology, etc. ; ②discarding the conventional narrow conception of resource, under the instruction of industrial ecology idea, to strengthen the reuse the outgrowths; ③ to lengthen the property chain to increase the additional value of coal product;④to couple the coal industry with the other industries,such as electric power industry and chemistry industry, etc., to increase the efficiency of resources; developing energy saving technologies for the reduction of energy consumption; ⑤to adjust the industrial structure and policy. Some advice for the policy is also suggested.
