摘要
文中首先简介了第三代短波通信系统的技术特点。从短波通信的军事特征出发,建立指标评价体系,并对指标体系做出解释。接着详细地分析了利用AHP法确定指标权重的方法,并建立了系统模糊综合评判模型。在咨询专家意见的基础上,利用此数学模型对第三代短波通信系统进行了效能评估。最后指出了评估指标体系的合理性和评估结果的可信性。
This paper briefly describes the characteristics of 30 Short-wave System. Considering the military characters of HFcommunication, the paper gives an index system and explains its various factors. Then it analyzes in detail the method for confirming the index weight, and a model based on the Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation is set up. After consulting the professional suggestions, this model is used to evaluate the 3G HFsystem. Finally, the experiment result shows that the index system is reasonable and the evaluation credible.
