摘要
传统的网络评估体系KPI指标越来越难满足用户的需求,提出了一种基于TD-SCDMA PS域业务用户感知的评估模型。采用模糊算法中的模糊层次分析法和模糊综合评价法分别对业务层的指标权重和服务等级权重进行评价,然后进行服务等级判断,进而构建出评估模型。同时将该评估模型应用于突发类业务进行评估,反映出用户对业务的评价,全面提升用户感知(QoE)。
KPI index of the traditional network evaluation system becomes more and more difficult to meet the users' requirement. In this paper, a Quality of Experience(QoE) model is proposed based on TD-SCDMA PS domain service. Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive eval- uation method are adopted to evaluate the index weight in service layer and serviee level, and then judge service level and establishment the evaluation model. Meanwhile the evaluation model is applied to evaluate the unexpected class of service, in order to refleet the evaluation of the service by users and enhance the QoE.
