摘要
介绍了一种基于CAN总线通讯的智能信号采集模块的设计与实现。讨论了系统硬件设计中信号调理模块、通信模块和中心控制模块采用的关键技术。其中双CAN总线结构的冗余设计进一步提高了模块工作的可靠性。最后,介绍了软件设计中CAN通讯及任务调度模块的实现方法。
This paper introduces a kind of intellectualized data collection module based on CAN Fieldbus.The key solutions such as sensing signal conditioning,communication and controlling are introduced in detail.The dual CAN-bus can improve reliability of module.The design methods of CAN communication and task scheduler in software are also discussed in the end.
