摘要 针对指标体系优劣评价中存在各种不确定性、模糊性的问题,提出一种基于模糊群组AHP的指标体系综合评价方法。给出了指标体系的评价准则,运用三角模糊数互补判断矩阵排序的最小方差法,求得各层次准则的权重。利用模糊Delphi法集成各专家的意见,得到评价准则的模糊权重。结合以模糊语言变量表示的各专家对底层准则的模糊评价,得到指标体系的模糊评价指标。最后,借助λ均值面积度量法,确定指标体系的综合评价等级。算例分析表明,该方法可行有效。 To solve the problem that there exist uncertain and fuzzy factors in the process of indicator system comprehensive evaluation, a new method based on fuzzy group AHP is proposed. The comprehensive rules of indicator system evaluation are presented. With the least variance priority method for triangular fuzzy number complementary judgment matrix, weight of each evaluation rule is obtained. The ex perts' opinions are integrated by the fuzzy Delphi method to get triangular number weights of the bottom rules, combined with the fuzzy eval- uation values of represented by the fuzzy linguistic variables, the fuzzy evaluation index value of the indicator system is obtained. Finally, the grade of indicator system is obtained in virtue of the ), average area measurement method. A practical example indicates that the method is feasible and effective.
