摘要
该文分析了我国护理研究生培养目标的现状及存在问题，提出实行双模式硕士研究生培养制度，根据卫生保健服务需求制订培养目标，以及紧密围绕培养目标进行个性化课程设置等，以探讨出符合中国国情、适应国际化发展趋势的人才培养目标。
To present the current problems of the fostering objectives of nursing postgraduate students for master degree in China. It suggests some strategies, such as operating the double - model cultivation system for graduates, establishing the fostering objectives based on the requirements of heahhcare service, and individuali- zing the subjects arrangement which was depended on the fostering objectives. The purpose is to explore the foste- ring objectives of nursing postgraduate students that are coinciding with the situation of China and adapting for the international tendency.
