摘要
基于知识管理的视角,分布式创新过程是在不同主体之间形成的由知识转移、知识整合、知识创造过程构成的知识流循环;分布式创新有赖于主导公司内部知识主体与外部知识主体共同构建的知识网络;分布式创新依知识互补性和知识整合类型的不同,呈现出多样的分布式特征。分布式创新的核心过程是配置过程和激励过程。配置过程是确保"合适的部门做合适的事情",激励过程则是旨在保证"正确、高效地创新"。
The purpose of this paper is to elaborate the mechanism and key processes of Distributed Innovation processes. It outlines a model of knowledge management process in distributed innovation processes. Through the lens of knowledge management, Distributed innovation processes can be envisaged as a virtual cycle of knowledge flow. Knowledge transfer, knowledge combination and knowledge creation among leading company headquarter and certain R&D centers are three main processes, it argues that the key processes or activities of DI can be divided into two categories. One is configuration process, aiming to make "right center or unit do the right things " , the other is motivation process, which aims to ensure the innovation can be carried out along the road designed in the beginning and all the distributed units realized the former innovation plan in time and with good quality and required performance. Each key process also includes some sub-process or task.
