摘要
随着知识经济时代的来临和信息技术革命的展开,创新网络的重要性日益突出,成为企业在技术创新中竞相采取的组织形态和战略选择。本文分析了企业创新网络的产生背景、结构状况和发展趋势,为我国企业技术创新提供了诸多可资借鉴的做法和经验。
Along with the rise of the knowledge-based economy and development of information technology innovation networks are playing more and more important role in the process of technological innovation. This paper makes inquiries about the formation background, structural characteristics and main trends of the innovation networks of firm abroad.
