在0.6mol/L盐酸介质中,在阳离子表面活性剂氯化十四烷基吡啶存在下,[2-(4-氯-2-膦酸基苯偶氮)-7-(4-溴苯偶氮)-1,-8-二羟基-3,6-萘二磺酸]与钍形成红紫色配合物,最大吸收波长在695nm处,摩尔吸光系数达2.44×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),配合物可稳定1个小时,在0—8μgTh/25ml范围内遵守比尔定律,许多阴、阳离子不干扰测定,该方法可运用于地质样品中微量钍的测定。
In a medium of chloride acid (0.6mol/L), in the presence of cation surfactant tetiadecanopyridium chloride (TPC), 2-(4-chloro-2-phosphonophenylazo)-7-(4-bromophenylazo)-1,8-dihydroxy-3, 6-naphthalenedisulfonic acid reacts with thorium to form a red violet complex. Its maximum absorption is observed at 695 nm with molar absorptivity being 2.44×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). The colour remains stable for 1h. Beer's law is obeyed over the range 0-8μg/25ml for Th^(4+), Many cations and anions do not interfere. The method is applicable for the spectrophotometric determination of trace thorium in geological samples.
