DBN-偶氮胂双波长峰谷光度法对测定微量钍,选择性好,灵敏度高、简便快速。对岩石矿物和中药中微量钍进行测定,结果满意。
The color reaction of DBN-arsenazo with Th has been investigated by dual-wavelength spectrophotometric method. In 0.16-1.66 mol/L hydrochloric acid medium thorium forms a blue 1:2 complex with this reagent. The molar absorptivity was found to be 1.48×105L·mol-1·cm-1. The complex was stable for at least 24 hrs. Beer's law was obeyed for 0-20μg of Th in 25ml of solution. The presence of large quantity of other ions does not intefere with the measurement. This method is applicable to the determination of thorium in rocks, and medicinal herbs.
