摘要
本文研究了在稀硫酸介质中,痕量钒催化溴酸钾氧化3—氨基—6—二甲氨基—2—甲基吩嗪盐酸盐褪色的新指示反应,建立了催化光度法测定痕量钒的新方法。方法的灵敏度为3.03×10^(-11)g/ml,线性范围为0—0.25μg/25ml,用于水、土壤和粮食样品中痕量钒的测定,获得满意结果。
A new catalyic spectropotometric method has been developed for the determination of V( V ). This method is based on oxidation of neutral red by potossius bro-mate. The range of liner 0-0. 25μg/25ml and the limit of detection is 3. 03× 10-11g · ml-1. The method has been applied to the determination of V( V ) in environ-mentel water sample and soil sample. The results are satisfactory.
