摘要
在铜-邻菲罗啉-乙醇水溶液中,采用单纯形最优化方法选择出偶氮氯膦Ⅲ与钇的最佳显色条件。在实验条件下,钇的摩尔吸收系数为1.06×10 ̄4m ̄2/mol,且在0-0.6mg/l范围内服从比尔定律,变异系数为0.87%。用此方法测定了中子活化岩石样品中 ̄(88)Y的化学回收率。
A sensitive andselective spectrophotometric method for the determination of chemical recov-ery of  ̄(88)Y in neutron activated rocks is developed with modified simplex optirnization method.Thespectrophotometric method is based on the reaction between rare earth elements and chlorophos-phonazo Ⅲ in aqueous solution containing Cu, Phen and ethanol.Under the experimental condi-tions,the maximum absorption wavelength is at 680nm,the molar absorptivity is 1.06×10 ̄4m ̄2/mol.The absorbance is linearly dependent on the concentration of yttrium when the concen-tration is below 0.6mg/l The variation coefficient is 0. 87%。
