摘要
介绍了渗析、结晶、树脂分离、膜分离、层析分离等分离技术的特点、分离机理,以及在制糖工业中的应用现状,并对发展前景进行了展望。
Applications of several traditional and modem separation and purification technologies were introduced in this paper, including dialysis, crystallization, resin separation, membrane separation and chromatography separation. Problem and future of application of these seperation technologies in sugar industry were also analyzed.
