摘要
目的:建立离子对色谱法测定阿替洛尔注射液的含量。方法:Betasil C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,10μm)色谱柱,磷酸氢二钾溶液-甲醇-辛烷磺酸钠(800∶200∶0.5)为流动相,检测波长:275 nm,流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1)。结果:阿替洛尔在30~105μg·ml^(-1)浓度范围内,线性关系良好,r=0.999 8。平均回收率为99.8%(RSD:0.6%,n=9)。结论:HPLC法简便快速,稳定可靠可作为阿替洛尔注射液的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for determination the content of atenolol in atenolol injections by an ion-pair HPLC. Method: The Betasil C 18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm, 10 μm)was used; the mobile phase consisted of phosphate buffer-methanol-so- dium octanesulfonate (800: 200:0.5 ) ;the detection wavelength was 275 nm;the flow rate was 1.0 ml. min -1. Result: The linear range of atenolol was 30 - 105 μg. ml - 1 ( r = 0.999 8 ). The average recovery was 99.9% with RSD 0.6% ( n = 9 ). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, stable and reliable,it can be used for the quality control method for atenolol injections.
