摘要
本文提出一个快速、简便和准确的测定金属配合物的组成的反相高效液相色谱法。方法是取已知量金属离子,加入适当过量的络合剂,待反应完全后在C_(18)反相色谱柱上,以甲醇-水-氯仿(94∶1∶5)为流动相使金属配合物和络合剂分离。由所得色谱图测得络合剂的量,从而计算反应中消耗的络合剂的量,进而计算得金属配合物的络合比。
A rapid, simple and accurate method for the determination of the composition ratio of the metal chelates by high performance liquid chromatography is proposed. A known amount of Cu,Pb, Zn, or Cd metal ion was taken and a known amount of excessive chelating reagent tetraphenylporphyrin was added. After the reaction was completed, the metal chelate and chelating reagent in the complex system was separated on a C-18 reverse phase column with the use of methanol-H_2O-CHCl_3 (94:1:5)as mobile phase. The quantity of chelating reagent was determined from the chromatogram obtained, and the amount of chelating reagent consumed was given and the composition ratio of the metal chelates was thus calculated.
