摘要
本文设计了壁厚一致的热解涂层石墨微管(MPGT)。将此微管插入普通石墨管内即构成双管(DPGT)。发现在石墨炉原子吸收法测定镉时采用双管技术能提高测定灵敏度,对消除某些基体干扰有显著效果,此外还能延长石墨管使用寿命。
A micro pyrocoated graphite tube (MPGT) of uniform wall is developed inserting into a usual graphite tube (GT) to form the double graphite tube (DPGT). It was found that the double tube technique plays an important part in the increase of sensitivity and the ability of eliminating interferences on some matrices for determination of Cd by GFAAS, in addition, it can extend the life of tube.
