摘要
本文提出了一个测定痕量S^(2-)的化学发光分析法。它是以过量的Fe(3+)氧化S^(2-),利用Fe^(2+)-鲁米诺-O_2化学发光体系测定生成的Fe^(2+),而计算S^(2-)的含量。方法的检出限是4.3×10^(-10)mol.L^(-1)S^(2-),工作曲线的线性范围是1×10^(-8)~1×10^(-5)mol.L^(-1),测定的相对标准偏差小于2%。用此法对几种水样中S^(2-)的含量进行了测定,结果较满意。
A new method for determination of trace sulfide with chemiluminescence is proposed. The principle of the method is that excess Fe^(3+) is added into solution containing sulfide to generate Fe^(2+), and by chemiluminescence measurement of the Fe^(2+) with Fe^(2+) luminol-O_2 system sulfide is indirectly determined. The detection limit is 4.3×10^(-10) mol/L S^(2-), the linear range of the calibration curve is 1×10^(-8) to 1×10^(-5) mol/L S^(2-) and the relative standard deviation less than 2%. The method has been applied to the determination of trace sulfide in water samples.
