摘要
本文报道了在Brij-35存在下,水杨基萤光酮与钴的反应具有荧光熄灭的特性,利用该特性拟定了钴的测定方法。本文找出反应的酸度,试剂的用量,还进行了共存离子的影响试验。方法可应用于水样中微量钴的测定和人发中痕量钴的测定,结果满意。
A new selective and sensitive spectrofluorimetric method for determination of trace Co(Ⅱ) in water and biological samples has been developed. This method is based on the quenching of fluorescence of salicylfluorone (SAF)-Brij-35 system due to the formation of complex Co(Ⅱ)-SAF-Brij-35. The excitation and emission wavelengths were found to be 400 nm and 500nm respectively. There was a linear relationship in the range of 0.5—3ng/25 ml for Co. Satisfactory results were obtained for the determination of Co(Ⅱ) in human hair.
