摘要
次生代谢产物在林木抗虫机理和新农药研制中具有重要的意义。文章针对次生代谢产物的提取方法,综述了林木中次生代谢产物提取与纯化工艺及新技术的应用进展,分析了它们的原理及优缺点并探讨了发展趋势。
Secondary metabolites were of important significance in the research of the mechanism of insect-resistance of trees and the development of new pesticides. Based on the extraction methods of secondary metabolites,study progress of new technologies in extracting and purifying secondary metabolites of trees was reviewed. The principle, advantage and shortcoming as well as the developing prospect of extraction methods of secondary metabolite were also discussed.
