摘要
以氟罗沙星-Tb3+作为络合物荧光探针,提出了一种新的荧光方法测量牛血清白蛋白。在pH=8.4的条件下,牛血清白蛋白(BSA)能使氟罗沙星(fleroxacin,FLX)-铽(Tb3+)位于545nm处的特征荧光显著增强,该特征峰的荧光强度与BSA的浓度成正比。根据这一性质,利用荧光光谱建立了一种测定牛血清白蛋白的新方法,方法的线性范围为5.0×10-7mol.L-1~8.0×10-6mol.L-1,检测限为3.2×10-8mol.L-1,该法用于新生牛血清中牛血清蛋白的测定,回收率为95%~102%。
A new fluorescent method for the determination of the bovine serum albumin (BSA) was proposed using fleroxacinterbium( Ⅲ ) complex as fluorescent probe.In the pH 8.4 medium, BSA can remarkably enhance the fluorescence intensity of the FLX- Tb^3+ complex at 545um and the enhanced fluorescence intensity of Tb^3+ was in direct proportion to the concentration of BSA. The linear rang was 5.0 × 10^ - 7 - 8.0 × 10^- 6 mol· L^- 1 with the detection limit of 3.2 × 10^- 8 mol· L^- 1. This method has been successfully applied to the determination of BSA in biological samples, and the recovery was in the range of 95% - 102%.
