摘要
微波萃取技术广泛应用于天然产物化学成分的提取,且具有设备简单、萃取效率高、选择性强、重现性好、省时省溶剂、节能环保等优点.本文就微波萃取的原理、特点及其在天然产物中的生物碱、黄酮、苷类、多糖、挥发油等化学成分的提取研究进行综述,并展望了该技术今后的发展趋势及应用前景.
The microwave extraction was used widely on the extraction of chemical elements from natural products, and it has the characteristics of simple equipment, good recovery, good reduplication, less time and solvent consumption, and less energy consumption and pollutant. This paper summarizes the principle and characteristics of the microwave extraction, and its recent research progress on extraction of a kinds of chemical elements, its trend of development and applications prospects in the future.
