摘要根据数据包络分析的原理,通过分析环境与经济之间的关系,界定了能够恰当反映经济增长及资源、生态环境的变量,构建了数据包络分析的C2R模型;搜集了2005年各地区环境和经济方面的实际数据,运用W inqsb软件,分别代入C2R模型,得出各地区生态环境经济效率值,并对结果进行了分析,可知:西部地区正处在规模收益递增的阶段,资源投入不足限制了当地的经济发展;西部的资源有效利用率普遍偏低,尤其是水资源和能源的利用率应引起有关部门关注;西部地区的工业三废已成为制约当地环境经济可持续发展的重要因素,生态环境治理工作有待加强。 Data envelopment analysis is employed to analyze the relationship between environment and economy. This paper defines variables that describe properly economic growth, resources and ecological environment, builds a C^2R model for the data envelopment analysis, and collects actual data of region environment and economics in 2005. Winqsb software and C^2R model are used to obtain region eco-efficiency. Proposals are put forward to promote the development of economics in western regions.
