摘要
本文应用数据包络分析(DEA)方法的C2R模型对山东省17个城市的土地利用效率进行了有效性评价。计算结果表明:山东省17城市土地利用效率相差较大,由东向西,土地利用的DEA有效值逐渐降低。文中分析了中西部城市土地利用DEA有效性低的原因,并根据各市实际情况提出了提高用地效率的建议。
The aim of the paper is to evaluate the efficiency of the urban land utilization of the Shandong seventeen cities quantitatively . The C^2R model of data envelopment analysis （DEA） approach is adopted . The difference of the land utilization efficiency is great among the Shandong seventeen cities, and the values of land utilization efficiency decrease from the east to the west. The paper gives the reasons causing the low DEA efficiency of the urban land utilization in the middle and the west of Shandong, and also gives some useful suggestions to increase the land utilization efficiency in accordance with specific conditions of each city.
