摘要
以数据包络分析方法为基础,通过建立C2R模型,根据评价指标体系,以年份为决策单元,应用DEAP2.1软件进行求解,对山西省近9年来的经济环境方面进行了综合评价,得到了山西近9年来和谐发展经济环境2个子系统的相对效率值及其他相关的定量数据,并应用相关理论探讨了山西和谐发展水平的问题。
This paper comprehensive evaluates econmic environment of Shanxi Province for 9 years and obtaines the relative efficency value and other related quantitative data of the econmic and environmental subsystems of Shanxi harmony＇s development for 9 years based on the data envelopment analysis mothod,throught establishing C2R model,according to the evaluation index system,utilizing the year for the decision-making units,using the software DEAP2.1 to solve,and probes into the issue of Shanxi harmony＇s development with relevant theories.
