十六烷基三甲基溴化铵增敏-甲亚胺H光度法测定微量硼 被引量:3

摘要 在微酸性介质(pH 5.2)、助表面活性剂正丁醇存在下,以阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)为增敏剂,甲亚胺-H光度法测定盐湖初级锂盐产品碳酸锂中微量硼。CTMAB的加入可使体系增敏31%,最大吸收波长在412 nm处,表观摩尔吸光率为3.62×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1,硼含量在1.6 mg·L^-1以内遵守比耳定律,线性回归方程A=0.043 57+0.020 72C,相关系数为0.999 7。应用该法测定纯度为99.5%碳酸锂中微量硼,试验结果的相对标准偏差均小于2.0%,回收率在99.8%-101.5%之间。 In an acetate buffer medium of pH 5.2, and in the presence of n-butanol and CTMAB, sensitivity of the color reaction between boron( HI ) and azomethine H was raised about 31%. Absorption maximum of the colored complex was found at the wavelength of 412 nm, where the molar absorptivity was found to be 3.62×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1. Beer' s law was kept in the range within 1.6 mg·L^-1 , corresponding to the linear regression equation of A=0. 043 57+0. 020 72 C (C concn, of B( Ⅲ ) in mg· L^-1) with its correlation coefficient of 0. 999 7. The proposed method was used in the determination of microamounts of boron in lithium carbonate, giving values of RSD's (n=8) less than 2. 0%. Recovery test was performed by standard addition method, and values of recovery obtained were in the range of 99.8f%-101.5%.
