在pH 8乙酸铵缓冲溶液中,硼(Ⅲ)与3,4-二羟基甲亚胺-H发生灵敏的显色反应,形成稳定的黄色配合物,硼配合物最大吸收峰位于430 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.95×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1.在25 mL溶液中,0~20μg硼(Ⅲ)符合比耳定律.此外,该显色反应体系还具有良好的选择性和稳定性,多数金属离子允许量超过mg级,方法已用于茶叶中微量硼的测定.
In the NH4Ac solution of pH 8.0, Boron(Ⅲ) reacts with 3,4-dihydroxylazomethine-H sensitively to form a yellow complex with a maximum absorption peak at 430 nm, and its apparent molar absorptivity is 2.95 × 10^4 L·mol^-1·cm^-1, this is 4.2-fold more than that of azomethine-H. In 25 mL of solution, 0 - 20 μg of Boron was obeyed Beer's law. Moreover, the reaction has also very good selectivity and stability, and tolerated limit is higher than mg for most of metal ions. The proposed method has been applied to determine trace boron in tea samples with satisfactory results.
