大肠杆菌DH5α感受态细胞转化率的改进 被引量:5

The improve of transformation of competent cells from E.coli DH5α

摘要 针对实验材料E.coli DH5α,对该菌株在不同生长时期的转化效率进行测定,确立了一个能制备高转化率感受态细胞的实验方案.结果表明:在细菌的生长繁殖过程中,其转化率有很大变化;得到了E.coli DH5α菌株制备感受态细胞的最佳条件. Experimental material against E. coli DH5α, takenon the particular strain in different growth stages of the conversion efficiency of the method to explore and to establish a high conversion rate of competent cells of the experimental programme. The experimental results show that the growth of the bacteria in the process, the conversion rate of great changes at the same time, get competent cells of DH5 α- cell strains of the best conditions.
