摘要
对于E.coli菌株用8种不同浓度的CaC l2制备感受态细胞,然后转化各浓度的感受态细胞。实验结果表明,不同浓度CaC l2溶液处理所得到的感受态细胞,其转化效率有很大的不同。随着CaC l2浓度增高,转化效率也随之提高,在80m mol/L^100m mol/L时达到峰值,进一步提高CaC l2的浓度,转化效率急剧下降。还探讨了-70℃贮存时间对转化效率的影响。
Competent cell solution of 8 different concemcations of CaCl2 was confected . The transformation results showed that the transformation efficiency greatly varied among different concemcations of competent cell solution , with the increase in concemcations of CaCl2 there was an increase in the trasformation efficiency , and the transformation efficiency arrives in maxi- mum at the concemcations of 80mmol/L and 100mmol/L . The effect of storage time at - 70℃ on transformation efficiency was also discussed in this paper.
