摘要
教师哲学不只是关于教育的普遍原理和方法论,更是教师个体把最隐晦的灵魂与教育实践生活进行逻辑联结的努力。教师哲学不是哲学家的哲学,更不是哲学知识或哲学史。教师哲学是一种平民的、个体的、实践的、反思的哲学,在于追求教师的平民化哲学思想和教师的平民化自我人格。教师就是哲学家是教师哲学内涵的最好表达。
Teachers' philosophy is not just the general principles and methodology in education, but is individual teachers' endeavor of logical connection between the most subtle soul and education practice. Teachers' philosophy is not a philosopher's philosophy, nor even philosophical knowledge or the history of philosophy. Teachers' philosophy is a philosophy of civilians, individuals, reflections and in practice; and is the pursuit of the civilian teachers' ideas and personality. That a teacher is a philosopher is the best expression for the connotation of teacher's philosophy.
